“Awareness through movement” was the title Moshe Feldenkrais himself used for the movement lessons he developed. So it is about awareness as you move.
In the group lessons I guide you with descriptions and many questions. Through the guidance and your own mindful exploration you will find new possibilities of movement.

Individual lessons

The private lessons are about finding new possibilities through touch and dialogue. With my hands and instructions I give you suggestions and information that you can realise and implement.

My aim as a Feldenkrais teacher is to facilitate situations in which you can learn something new about yourself. For example what patterns cause you effort or tension and what might be better options for you. Decide for yourself what you want to deepen, do better and easier. Learn how to integrate these new insights into your everyday life.
